Matcon’s FlexiBatch Micro, a compact and cost-effective automatic micro-dosing system, handles ingredients of typically up to 10kg with an accuracy of about 4g. Multiple raw ingredients are stored in detachable polyethylene bottles and moved on a rotating carousel to dose according to recipe requirements. These can be changed according to individual recipes, and without cleaning. Recipe and material data may be entered manually or remotely.
