Internal gear pumps

Engineered for sweetener transfer applications in the ice cream industry, Maag EnviroGear seal-less internal gear pumps handle viscous liquids such as corn syrup and less-viscous media including fructose, sucrose and sorbitol; they can be used with fluids with viscosities up to 50,000 cSt. The seal-less design with a between-the-bearing support system uses magnets mounted directly to the rotor, eliminating an adapter plate and allowing for a single-fluid chamber. Ductile-iron and carbon-steel versions offer differential pressures from 1.4 to 13.8 bar (20 to 200psi), while the stainless steel units offer 1.4 to 10.3 bar (20 to 150psi) differential pressures.
