Able to reach speeds up to 350 cartons/min., the PMI HS all-servo horizontal end-load cartoner comes with continuous or intermittent motion. Product control during carton loading is achieved via overhead compression and articulating in-feed buckets with integral pusher heads. Other features include enclosed gear drives, servo-driven rotary carton setup, articulated product buckets, a hot melt glue system and Rockwell Automation controls. The cartoner handles a variety of products including food, beverage and confectionery.
