The METTLER TOLEDO CI-Vision V2640 flat pack vision inspection system inspects and confirms online equipment is producing specified safety markings, and printers on the line are functioning correctly. The cameras on the system automatically adjust position for the inspection of products ranging from 10- to 200-mm high, while the software enables processing inspection data, analyzes high-resolution images at speeds up to 250 packs/min. and stores the data and images of rejected packs.
