The next ICTE will be held April 12-14, 2016 at the Wisconsin Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Information for the 2016 will be available in May 2015.
2015 Wisconsin Cheese Industry Conference: April 22-23, 2015 in Madison, Wisconsin
Join Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (WCMA) and the Wisconsin Center for Dairy Research (CDR) April 22-23, 2015 for the Wisconsin Cheese Industry Conference (WCIC). The WCIC is similar to the ICTE with one main difference: The WCIC offers one afternoon of tabletop exhibits; the ICTE offers two afternoons of a large tradeshow.
