Industrial Magnetics’ pneumatic line housing incorporates a series of 1-in. diameter Nedox-coated 50MgOe Rare Earth tubes on staggered centers to ensure all material flowing through the housing makes repeated contact with the magnets to capture ferrous and weakly magnetic stainless contaminants. The synergistic, self-lubricating, FDA-approved surface enhancement protects the tubes from abrasive particulates and corrosive materials, and assists in keeping material from adhering to the tubes. Designed for vertically mounted applications, the housing comes with a catch pan for contaminants that can then be laboratory tested. Standard pipe sizes are 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8 in. Available additional options include food-grade finish and welds, sanitary finish and welds, ANSI bolt pattern flanges, ANSI spec flanges, custom line sizes, couplings and cam lock fittings.
