Technology to be highlighted in dairy sessions at FPSA Conference

The Food Processing Suppliers Association (FPSA) announced speakers scheduled for the dairy breakout sessions at the 2016 FPSA Annual Conference held March 9-11 in Bonita Springs, FL. According to FPSA, the sessions will focus heavily on innovative technologies being used in the dairy industry.

Sessions include presentations from Kendall Yorn of Baswood who will discuss innovative solutions to reduce wastewater treatment in dairy plants; Mark Belfiglio of Digimarc who will provide attendees with the latest in digital watermarking and content identification; and Robert Berzins of Augmented Reality Inc, who will present digital information streams in packaging with the goal of encouraging consumer engagement.
