Six universities to present technical sessions at PROCESS EXPO 2015

The Food Processing Suppliers Association (FPSA) received six early commitments from university food science and packaging science programs that pledged to participate in educational sessions.

The schools include: Illinois Institute of Technology, Iowa State University, Michigan State University, Ohio State University, UC Davis, and University of Wisconsin.

Representatives from the schools will discuss food safety, sanitation, innovative technologies in food processing and the latest developments in food packaging at the expo.

The PROCESS EXPO UNIVERSITY program is free for registered attendees and includes more than 30 hours of sessions held on the show floor during the event.

PROCESS EXPO 2015 will take place in Chicago at McCormick Place from Sept. 15-18, 2015.
