Built for retail-ready displays, the Douglas Axiom case packer utilizes M1iA and M2iA Fanuc robots to orient and collate single-serve cups for precise graphic alignment. The cups are then loaded on edge, with the graphics upright, into thermal formed trays housed inside a retail-ready wraparound case. It achieves speeds up to 450 cups/min.
