Spiral freezer drying system from JBT

The JBT LVS QuickDry system uses condensation cycles to remove all droplets of water from spiral freezers after defrosting and cleaning. It condensates the moisture to the evaporator before heating it again using gas, so the moisture that has frozen to the evaporator drips to the floor.
