Bulk pasteurization system

Radio Frequency Co.'s Macrowave pasteurization systems are suitable for bulk applications for bagged or conveyed loose product. In a radio frequency heating system, the RF generator creates an alternating electric field between two electrodes. The material to be treated is conveyed between the electrodes where the alternating energy causes polar molecules, such as water, in the material to continuously reorient themselves to face opposite poles.
