Listeria anti-microbial process

Accepted by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, BOC's aqueous ozone technology provides an anti-microbial process for killing Listeria. It is especially useful for makers of ready-to-eat (RTE) foods since these foods eliminate the final, in-home cooking step that can kill any Listeria organisms that may remain on the product.
