The Gainco YieldScan rapid frame analyzer monitors manual and automated processing lines in real time to provide an analysis of the deboning process. Utilizing vision analysis of the frames coming off the processing line, the unit calculates how much residual meat is left on the front half, determines where the residual meat is located on the left versus the right side of the frame, and highlights the results as they are analyzed.
