C&M Seeds needed conveyors to meet its dust control, durability and maintenance needs, as well as avoiding cross-contamination. The company chose Luxme to meet its conveying needs.
Scale hoppers at each unloading station discharge ingredients based on recipe requirement into one of two convey lines delivering to four receiving stations.
The company has built three mild-steel constructed conveyors that passive off transfer from narrow to wide side leading (and back) to facilitate multiple side case printing.
System includes tool-less removable stainless steel shelving for product storage containers that are positioned for operators to slide bulk food directly into clamshell trays for manual lid closure.
