The seminar includes hands-on workshops that provide a framework for solid food defense planning that can be tailored to individual facilities. Case study workshops of actual tampering and workplace violence incidents challenge you to see how you would handle, investigate, and/or mitigate these events at your own operation.
Issues addressed at the seminar relate directly to new customer requirements, the Food Safety Modernization Act, and GFSI-benchmarked audit schemes.
Participants receive a complimentary copy of The AIB Guide to Food Defense.
Become an AIB Certified Food Defense Coordinator by receiving a score of 80% or higher on the online verification test within 30 days upon completion of the course.
