This workshop meets the new FSMA "Qualified Individual" education and training requirement. It will be certified by the FSPCA (An FDA grantee). The workshop is 3 half days on the strip in Las Vegas. It is intended for food safety professionals that have already been certified in HACCP. It will focus on what's new and added to HACCP to meet the new FSMA rule.
