To stay competitive, you simply cannot afford to handle the complexities of finance, scalability, quality and compliance with ERP “solutions” that don’t add value to your bottom line. When making the decision to move forward with a new solution, there’s no getting around the hard work that needs to be done in selecting and implementing the “right” ERP solution for your company. But there are ways to reduce the risk of your implementation.

Join Olin Thompson, Managing Partner at Process-ERP Partners and Food Engineering Contributing Editor, and Jack Payne, Vice President of Enterprise Solutions at CDC Software, as they point out the pitfalls in each phase of the ERP selection and implementation process, and how to avoid them. Through real customer stories, this interactive webinar will provide you with valuable insight and guidance in:
  • Gaining and maintaining project support
  • Balancing budget, schedule and functionality
  • Going "under the covers" of your vendor's application and their implementation methodology
  • Determining when and how to implement business process changes
Discover how to manage risk and maximize value, so that you and your company can enjoy the payoffs quickly and (relatively) painlessly.
