Model VMC-2 VersaMix from Charles Ross and Son uses type 304 stainless steel wetted parts, polished to a 150 grit finish. The unit includes a self-contained, high-shear rotor stator mixer; a high-speed disperser; a three-wing anchor with TFE scrapers; a 50 psi jacketed vessel for heating or cooling; full vacuum and pressure operation to 150 psi; and a control panel with digital readout and control for variable speed operation of each agitator. One to 3,000 gallon capacity models are available.
