Pellet frying system
The PPM Technologies pellet frying system fries pellet snacks from rings to screws to 3-dimensional potato/starch-based products. Three sizes are available with outputs from 100 to 500kg/hr. The smallest model contains 87 liters for a capacity up to 150kg/hr. and turnover rates at 2 to 3 hrs. The oil level of each model is automatically controlled.
