COCA-COLA BOTTLING CO. CONSOLIDATED appointed SCOTT ANTHONY as the company’s executive vice president, chief financial officer, effective December 31, 2018. Anthony served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Ventura Foods since 2011. Anthony succeeds DAVE KATZ, who will transition to his new role of president and chief operating officer on
