Provisur Technologies
Provisur Technologies, Inc. has entered into a partnership agreement with Dantech Freezing Systems, headquartered in Aalborg, Denmark. The companies will work together to incorporate Dantech’s advanced freezing technology into Provisur’s full line systems solutions.

JMP Engineering
JMP Engineering has changed its name to JMP Solutions as it has expanded its services and coverage area.

Emerson 
Emerson has completed the purchase of Aventics, a supplier of smart pneumatics technologies that power machine and factory automation applications.

Roquette Group
Roquette Group agreed to acquire Sethness, a worldwide supplier of caramel color.

JBT Corporation 
JBT Corporation announced the acquisition of Almelo, Netherlands-based FTNON, a leading equipment specialist for the fresh produce, ready meal, and pet food sectors, at a cost of €32 million. 

Bonduelle
Bonduelle completed the acquisition of Del Monte processed fruit and vegetable business in Canada from ConAgra Brands for $43 million in Canadian currency.

Clarkson Soy Products, LLC
Clarkson Soy Products, LLC changed its name to Clarkson Specialty Lecithins, LLC. This name change is a result of being a solely focused specialty lecithin company.

FPSA
The Food Processing Suppliers Association (FPSA) has created a new Pet Food Council, joining FPSA’s five existing councils—Bakery, Beverage, Dairy, Meat and Prepared Foods. TreeHouse Foods, Inc. 
TreeHouse Foods, Inc. completed the sale of the McCann’s Irish Oatmeal brand to B&G Foods for $32 million. The company will also close its Omaha, NE office by Jan. 31, 2019 as part of its 2020 multi-year restructuring process to reduce costs.


People News

Land O’Lakes
Land O’Lakes selected Beth Ford as president and CEO of one of America’s largest food and agricultural cooperatives. She replaced Chris Policinski, who retired on August 1. 

Borden Dairy Company
Borden Dairy Company added two new members to its leadership team: Barry Card was appointed to the newly created position of VP of go-to-market, and Patrick George was appointed to the newly created position of VP of engineering.

Dorner
Dorner named Chuck Sena as industry manager—sanitary. He most recently held the position of distribution manager for packaging products, Nercon. Sena will work with sales and marketing and channel partners to drive sales of Dorner’s sanitary line of conveyors. In addition, Scott Kelley has been appointed vice president—sales of US operations.

AMETEK Brookfield 
AMETEK Brookfield appointed Hitesh Shah to the position of global vice president sales. 

Kardex Remstar, LLC 
Kardex Remstar, LLC promoted Mark Dunaway to the position of president for the North American region. 

SCHUNK
SCHUNK promoted Matt Steele to director of sales for tooling and workholding.
