Equipment Snapshot: The Savage Bros. FireMixer-14 Table-Top Automatic Electric Cooker Mixer with PLC Touch-Screen Control is a unique all electric cooker/mixer that can produce confections like fudge, caramel, toffee, brittle, hard candy and more. It features simple operation with touchscreen control. One person can operate the machine from start to finish. The unit has an optimum batch size of 20 pounds, depending on recipe. It is recommended for artisan confectioners and R&D labs.

  • All stainless steel construction
  • New PLC touchscreen control for all functions—batch and kettle skin temperature, agitator, temperature alarm and water-flush cooling
  • The agitator incorporates spring-loaded scrapers for fast heating without burning
  • Kettle can be tilted and locked for enhanced mixing action while cooking
  • A unique water-flush feature allows operators to evacuate heat from kettle at end of cook—no more burning or temperature overshoot
  • The unit is capable of generating 10,000 BTUs/hour
  • Designed so that an outside water source can cool the product
  • Tilt kettle to pour out batch, or add optional sanitary valve
  • Requires 208/240 volts, 50-60 Hz, 1 phase electric power with a 16 amp line and source of cold water with drain
