Multi-Conveyor 2-to-1 merge conveyor

The Multi-Conveyor 2-to-1 merge conveyor features pulse and photo-eye sensors, a CompactLogix processor, servo motor controllers, and VFDs. The virtual axis measures “pocket length” on the merging conveyor, and a pulse is generated in specified increments of travel. Product is released to the pulse on a first-in, first-out basis.
