The HPP Summit is an annual event hosted by Universal Pure that features a wide variety of speakers, panels, breakout groups and networking sessions relevant to food manufacturers, retailers, food service providers and other companies in the food supply chain that are currently or considering taking advantage of HPP (high pressure processing). HPP improves the safety and quality of food and beverages for consumers.
