Series 3000MLX automatic auger fillers from Mateer Burt use Allen Bradley Micrologix Programmable Logic Control (PLC) to oversee all aspects of an automatic fill, including container handling functions such as indexing, vibration and container lift. The Allen Bradley programmable logic control includes a monochrome Panel View 300 operator interface with optional color and touch-screen panel. The open architecture and I/O capability of the PLC contribute to easy expansions and alterations by plant personnel. The auger fillers’ adjustable rail conveyor handles containers up to seven inches wide, including glass, plastic, metal and chipboard.
