CSIA logoFor food and beverage processors that barely have time to keep up with maintenance—let alone finding a system integrator (SI)—life has become a bit easier. The Control Systems Integrators Association (CSIA) has put together a tool for food and beverage processors called “Find an Integrator.” The tool provides a free, complete list that is available online at the organization’s website.

With the tool, processors can conveniently search for integrators that design, implement and test automation in a variety of applications for the food and beverage industry. Integrator solutions include automated plant utility systems, ingredient tracing, performance and OEE, reporting and visualization, batch mixing, packaging, palletizing and systems for cleaning in place (CIP).

In addition, CSIA offers the 2012 Membership Directory, which catalogs more than 300 partner, associate member and certified integrators and their contact information.

“We’re seeing greater demand for the services provided by CSIA members,” explains CSIA Executive Director Bob Lowe, who notes a recent survey of members showed that more than half expect to grow by at least 20 percent in 2012. “More manufacturers are looking to experienced control system integrators to turn technology into increased production.”
