They supply a specified amount of heat at any point along their length in direct response to local temperature variations and maintain temperatures up to 150°F, with intermittent exposure to 185°F. Available in output wattages of 3, 5, 8 and 10w/ft. at 50°F, the cables provide freeze protection and process temperature maintenance for fluid transport and storage systems. FM, CSA, UL and CE approved, they come in ordinary and hazardous configurations.
