Grease-less and non-corrosive, EDT Solution Type E severe service bearings are constructed with a 304 stainless housing, polymer plane bearing and 316 stainless locking sleeve. The bearings are available in 1-piece or fully split styles of pillow blocks, 4 bolts and piloted housings for shaft sizes from 1 3/16 to 5 in. Split units are drop-in replacements for RPB, RFB and RFP spherical roller bearings, with the added options of split bearings and split sleeves.
