San Diego-based Ballast Point Brewing plans to invest nearly $48 million to build a new brewing facility in the Roanoke area of Virginia. The brewery will create 178 jobs.

Blue Buffalo plans a $100 million pet food manufacturing complex on an 89-acre site in Richmond, IN. The site will include a manufacturing plant, warehouse and R&D facility.

Coca-Cola Consolidated celebrated the grand opening of its $13.5 million, 150,000-sq.-ft. distribution center in Anderson, SC.

ConAgra Foods Lamb Weston plans to expand its operations in Richland, WA, increasing the workforce with 128 full-time jobs. The company will spend more than $100 million to increase the output of frozen French fries.

Denali Ingredients opened a new $5.5 million facility expansion at its New Berlin, WI, site. The expansion adds 50 jobs to meet growing demand for its ice cream and food ingredients. The facility includes new lines and an innovation center.

Deschutes Brewery plans to build a brewery in Roanoke, VA. The $85 million investment is expected to create 108 jobs.

Frito-Lay will build a $122 million, 165,000-sq.-ft. automated distribution center in Aberdeen, MD, which is expected to support 140 new workers.
