Schenck Process Group has announced the acquisition of Process Components Ltd (PCL) and its subsidiaries.

PCL is a UK-based manufacturer of powder processing and handling equipment, components and spare parts. The companies brands include KEK-GARDNER, PPS Air Classifier Mills, mucon and kemutec.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
