The RFA’s 2022 Conference features a dynamic cast of speakers. A few session highlights include Keynote speaker John Foley, former lead solo 41st Annual Conference & Exhibition Refresh, Recharge, Reimagine the Future of Food pilot of the Blue Angels, who will share an inspiring presentation entitled “The High-Performance Zone”. Patrick Noone, Executive Vice President at Technomic, will provide actionable industry data and trend forecasts for refrigerated foods; our Technical Director, Martin Mitchell, will get us up-to-date on everything we need to know regarding food safety and regulatory issues; and Rick Gessler of Delkor Systems will deliver a great overview of the use of automation in our industry. We will also learn from Dr. Pam Dalton about the research on taste and smell being done by Monell Institute; and we will enjoy a great overview of Plastics by Dr. Eva Almenar of Michigan State University.
