The NexPAL 200HL’s compact architecture uses a side-mounted rotating row pusher, allowing case infeed and row formation to occur simultaneously while eliminating traditional overhead pusher components. The design maintains easy access for cleaning and maintenance, while automatic changeovers and flexible pattern execution support a range of products and pallet configurations. Application-specific options include label orientation, interlayer sheet handling and pallet dispensing.
