Equipped with industry-standard, off-the-shelf, NEMA electric or air motors, Chemineer DT portable sanitary mixers are suitable for volumes from 10 to 40,000+ liters. The gear-reduced mixers feature a top/bottom-entering fixed mount; permanently lubricated, sealed-for-life bearings; drive sizes from .25 to 5hp; and a selection of output speeds. They feature CIP/SIP construction and FDA or USP Class VI materials. Options include a choice of impeller types, polishing, documentation and sanitary in-tank couplings.
