Designed for flex and rigid lines, the Cantrell Cut-Up Line shoulder skinner exposes the shoulders of eviscerated birds for easier deboning; a peeler roller system removes skin from the neck and shoulder. The skinner is available in both right- and left-hand stainless steel units, and for different styles of overhead conveyor systems.
