Featuring an internal lighting system within the frame that shines light through the conveyor’s translucent belt, the Dorner miniature 1100 Series backlit belt conveyor provides a contrast between the product and conveyor belt for visual inspection and vision system interface; products can be stopped directly over the lighted section or continue through uninterrupted. The belt conveyor has a 5/8-in. roller transfer tail for small part end transfers and is nearly flush with the frame for ease of side transfers. The pinch drive allows for 15-lb. loads without the need for high belt tension and offers conveyance utilizing cam, frame and pinch drive belt tracking methods.
