Providing inline processing and cleaning, the Greerco sanitary pipeline mixer features a skewed turbine/stator unit that operates at tight tolerances for continuous high-speed, high-shear processing to achieve product uniformity in applications involving homogenization, mixing, dispersion and emulsion. It includes sanitary threads on the shaft and turbine, ground and polished welds, and a body equipped with sanitary, clamp-style couplings. Engineered to 3A, USDA and FDA criteria, the mixer features 316 stainless steel contact parts and a sanitary 230/460V, 3-phase, 60 Hz, TEFC motor.
