Maplehurst Bakeries is investing nearly $80 million to renovate and equip a 180,000-sq.-ft. plant in Lebanon, IN.
Tate & Lyle plans to invest more than $90 million in its Indiana operations over the next three years. The investment includes a three-phase expansion of its Sagamore facility to increase its modified food starch production. The company will also make improvements at its Lafayette South facility.
CSM Bakery will invest $30 million in its facility in Pleasant View, UT, adding 100 jobs to its operation. The company plans a new cookie line as the plant doubles in size over the next six years.
