PMMI, Koelnmesse GmbH launch new processing and packaging show

PMMI, the Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies, and Koelnmesse GmbH, producer of nutrition-related trade fairs in Europe and Asia, announced the organizations have joined to create a new processing and packaging show in the U.S.

PMMI is the producer of the PACK EXPO portfolio of trade shows while Koelnmesse GmbH produces the Cologne-based Anuga FoodTec.

“Koelnmesse, and its Anuga FoodTec show, are world leaders in food and beverage processing," says Charles Yuska, president and CEO of PMMI. "With shows dating back nearly 100 years, the experience and recognition that Koelnmesse and Anuga bring to the table, particularly in Europe, is invaluable."

The new co-produced show will launch in the spring of 2017.
