Massachusetts-based Kettle Cuisine has acquired specialty soups, sauces and custom foods manufacturer Del Monaco Foods or Morgan Hill, CA.
This transaction represents the second acquisition completed by Kettle Cuisine since being acquired by Kainos Capital in August 2015.
With the acquisition, Kettle Cuisine becomes a coast to coast fresh soup producer, having two SQF Level 3 certified facilities in Lynn, MA and Morgan Hill. This national platform enhances the company’s capabilities to national, retail and food service customers.
