Madison Chemical FOAM CLEAN 317-SP cleaner removes oxalate films caused by the washing and preparation of spinach and kale. An alkaline, 1-step product, it produces a thick foam that clings to surfaces, while the low surface tension and blend penetrate and remove the film without the need for acid. The product can be used for all equipment, such as conveyors, washers, dryers and sorters, where residual oxalate films remain after handling spinach, kale and other items.
