Coffee, tea, or hot soup on the go? A new packaging innovation promises exactly that. The HeatGenie simply and quickly heats beverages with a twist of the lid through a solid-state thermal reaction.
The MiniVault, a pre-portioned single-use can, delivers café quality ground coffee to consumers in a vessel that is both convenient for at-home use and extends the shelf life up to five times.
To remove the crown from the bottle, consumers simply hold the bottle in one hand, place their thumb under the lever and push the lever upward. No separate opening tools are required.
“Current technology on the market makes it possible to have 30 percent bio-PET,” says John Bissell, CEO of Origin Materials. “Our breakthrough technology aims to reach 100 percent bio-based bottles at commercial scale."
