The 2027 International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE) will be held from January 26 to 28 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta. This event will bring together professionals from the poultry, egg, meat, and animal food industries.

As one of the largest annual gatherings for these sectors worldwide, the IPPE will host over 1,300 exhibitors across 631,000 square feet of exhibit space. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore the latest processing technologies, equipment, and innovations aimed at improving efficiency and enhancing operations.

The expo also offers valuable networking opportunities with industry leaders, solutions to operational challenges, and insights into emerging trends and issues in food production and processing.
