Hanover Foods Debuts Skinny Veg Frozen Vegetable Line for GLP-1 Users

September 10, 2026

Hanover Foods Corp. has launched the Skinny Veg frozen vegetable product line to serve the growing market of consumers using GLP-1 weight-loss medications.

The Skinny Veg line includes four frozen blended vegetable and grain sides, each with five simple ingredients: one vegetable, one grain or legume, avocado oil, pepper and sea salt. Available offerings include:

  • Skinny Veg Broccoli & Quinoa
  • Skinny Veg Brussels Sprouts & Couscous
  • Skinny Veg Spinach & Blackeye Peas
  • Skinny Veg Riced Cauliflower & Lentils

"We believe the ingredient list should be the least surprising part of your meal, which is why Skinny Veg is intentionally simple," says Hanover Foods CEO Jeff Warehime. "Our Skinny Veg sides have just five simple ingredients. No additives or preservatives. Just real food for real people."

Hanover Foods launched its Skinny Veg products in select stores in August and expects to expand distribution to its full retail network in early 2027.
