A new IPS Integrated Snack Food Packaging System from Heat and Control combines the Ishida ATLAS bagmaker and the Ishida Millenium multihead weigher into one system. According to the manufacturer this allows the unit to produce large and small bags with high-speed accuracy and low film waste.

Programmable adjustment of jaw seal pressure, seal time and temperature produce consistently tight and uniform bags. Simple film loading and threading, automatic film centering and tensioning and a vacuum-assisted film splicing table facilitate fast changeovers.
