Chemineer's QED mixers feature a leak-proof drywell design and a minimum 30,000 hour L10 bearing life. The unit offers cast iron housing; flexible motor coupling; open tank, nozzle or pad mounting options; stuffing box and lip seals for closed tanks; and shaft speeds of 44, 70, 88 and 117 rpm. Chemineer says the tapered shaft engagement system provides easy disassembly and a secure, true-running connection between the shaft and drive.
