Dorner’s AquaPruf sanitary conveyors are now available with ThermoDrive sprocket-driven hygienic vertical scoop belting to reduce the amount of water used during cleaning. The belting has an homogenous thermoplastic composition with no pins, hinges or link joints to catch and foster bacteria growth. Engineered for food applications requiring a high degree of sanitation, the belting reduces in-process bacteria proliferation, as well as in-place cleaning and drying times. The belting supports up to 20 lbs./sq.ft. and speeds up to 233 ft./min.
