Dough depositor
Designed for volume production depositing of cookie dough, the UNIFILLER heavy-duty depositor is a cookie cutting machine with a conveyor, optional paper feed and wire cutting. The unit includes a servo-controlled belt lift for accurate placement of dough and adjustable filler blocks and dies for weight control of +/- 1% on plain dough. The depositor can be used with products from soft cookie dough to stiff energy bar mixes.
