Material Transfer’s Material Master bulk bag discharging system features a forklift-loaded bulk bag lifting frame with adjustable height upper frame. The unit’s framework is constructed from 304 stainless steel structural tube, has capped ends and is continuously TIG welded and ground smooth. The system features continuously welded, tubular cross supports with diagonal bracing, allowing it to be open on 3 sides and rolled over existing equipment. The system is designed for washdown environments, and features a manual iris valve on the bulk bag support pan to regulate material flow.
