Equipped with a replaceable silicone duck bill sleeve that can operate in temperatures up to 500°F, the Aerodyne Vacu-Valve collector valve has chemical-, caustic- and abrasive-resistant replaceable sleeves. The duck bill design dispenses dry, free-flowing material continuously. The valve requires no lubrication, controls or power supply; it operates as a constant discharge valve for dust collectors, hoppers, cyclones and other equipment operating under negative pressure. Available in carbon steel and stainless steel, the valve comes in open construction and closed construction models.
