Dates have been announced for the 2014 Food Automation & Manufacturing Conference and Expo, to be held at the Westin Beach Resort in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. The 2014 event will kick off Sunday, April 6 with a golf tournament and welcome reception, and will wind down at midday on Wednesday, April 9.

Sessions will include presentations on key food and beverage manufacturing challenges such as effective process automation, Food Safety Modernization Act compliance and manufacturing innovation. Food Engineering will also present its Plant of the Year award at FA&M 2014.
